CONTRACT RULES
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reservation payment, Damage deposit and Pet deposit (if applicable) in full, must be received in advance of your arrival.
- If paying by check, the monies must clear before arrival.
- Should you cancel your reservation, your deposit(s) will be refunded, if the home is rented for your reservation time.
- "Damage deposits" are returned after the inspection. (Usually within one week).
- Additional fees will be added for cleaning, if warranted.
- Any and all damage done will be indentified by agent, repaired and deducted from the "Damage deposit". Please be respectful and responsible. Any and all damage done that exceeds your "Damage deposit" you are responsible for payment in full within 3 buisiness days. Otherewise legal action will be taken and legal fees will be added to the total bill.
- A security code for your unit will be given prior to your arrival and will allow access to you and your guest only during your reservation period. The code is deactivated at the contractual check out time.
- Pets must be registered with Grayton Beach Permits to walk on beach with leash. Be sure and pick up after your dog.
- Parking is as follows. Our parking will accommodate (3) total cars, one behind the other for Unit #3, and (1) car in front of stairs for Unit #3.5. Please be considerate of other guests.
