The 3rd floor includes a sitting area for games, living room with NEW sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, DVD player, ipod station, full bathroom, large kitchen, “eat-in” bar and dining table. Shares Laundry Room with Unit #3.5. The outdoor deck is nice for an evening under the stars. For the chefs in the family, we have a full service kitchen. Great for family gatherings. PETS WELCOME.
